LightQwest Homes, Inc was formed in 2004 by the owner and President, Travis Light. Travis Light has been building single-family homes in Katy and Sealy, Texas since starting LightQwest Homes Prior to forming LightQwest Homes, Travis Light worked for a major retailer for 28 years, overseeing the remodeling of stores and service departments.

The business philosophy of LightQwest Homes is to provide beautiful energy efficient homes, while providing excellent value for homebuyers of LightQwest Homes. Travis Light is responsible for the development of the Sealy Homestead subdivision and is the primary home builder in the Sealy Homestead subdivision, personally constructing over 50 homes.

Welcome to Sealy Homestead

Sealy Homestead subdivision is located within the city limits of Sealy, Texas. The directions are to go north on Hwy 36, turn left on FM 2187, go about 1 block and turn left into Sealy Homestead. Phase 1 of the subdivision was constructed in 2006, consisting of 55 lots of the total 126 lots, when fully completed. Homebuilding is now in progress for Phase 2A, consisting of 39 lots. The Sealy Homestead subdivision is located on 33 acres of gentle rolling hills in a serene country setting. The subdivision has all the amenities of a city subdivision, while retaining the country charm of a small town population of approximately 7000 people. All utilities are located underground, with curb and gutter streets, street lights, fire hydrants, city water, city sewer, natural gas and trash pickup.

This is a master planned subdivision that provides a relaxed quality of life for residents that desire city amenities with country living.
